Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, and if we do we refund it in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency you are browsing in and are set individually for each currency rather than converted. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Making and delivery

Pieces are made in small quantities. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Faults

Nothing here affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
