Shipping and returns

Dispatch

Pieces are made in small quantities and dispatched within seven to ten working days. If something will take longer, we write to you before you have to ask.

Shipping

We ship within Nigeria and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where the piece is going, and the delivery estimate for your chosen method is shown before you pay.

Duties and customs

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance.

Returns

If a piece is not right, write to hello@mauada.com within fourteen days of receiving it and we will tell you how to send it back.

Returned pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and in their dust bag. Return shipping is yours to arrange unless the piece arrived faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us. Original shipping is not refunded.

Faults

If something is wrong with a piece, tell us. We made it and we will put it right.
